I had the pleasure of interacting with Aaron Culver. He was very professional, very polite, and very on time. He patiently answered all my questions, and was efficient and methodical in his work. Once I had signed all the necessary paperwork, the appointment went quickly and smoothly. 20 or so bait stations were installed around the perimeter of my house, and while working from home the only thing I heard from him was a knock on the door to let me know he was finished.

We got a quote for pest control last month from a different company and felt that they were pushy and the price they were charging was outrageous. We called Alamo, and they were able to come out within 2 days of our phone call. They were on time for the appointment, and they gave us an amazing price. Aaron was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable, and I didn't feel pressured to purchase services I didn't need. He did the inspection and service the same day, and it was all quick and easy! Wish I had called them first and avoided the other guys!
